Creating Fantasy Polymer clay Characters - Dinko Tilov's Book Cover I wrote a how-to book called Creating Fantasy Polymer Clay Characters published in March 2004 by
Rockport Publishers Inc.

This is a craft project instruction book featuring step-by-step project instructions for a dozen characters. The projects consist of hundreds of pictures showing all the stages and details of the process, and text instructions complementing the pictures.

Here you can see some of the creatures I show how to make in the book.

Below is the list of all the projects in the book. You can see many examples of similar creatures at funclay.com. The idea is that having completed the lessons in the book you would be able to create characters like them.

The bird project you might be familiar with, it is a remake of "How To Make Bird With Teeth" I made for my friends at
Polymer Clay Central (PCC). It is a stepping stone for all the following projects. The skeleton project is an extension of the skull one at PCC. The rest of them are all new.

You can find out more and browse the table of contents and sample pages here, at Google Books.

And here are links to some of the possible extensions of the projects in the book.
